Life and work are not static and we continue to be impacted, reshaped and restructured by changes in our everyday lives - in essence the change of the world around us. This means as individuals we must adapt to these changes and often more than not we struggle with not only the concept of change, we can often resist it and respond to it with the same patterns of behaviour and belief systems that may not serve us to get through. The dynamics of change and challenges we can face can be difficult and complex to navigate. With our human nature resisting change and avoiding challenges, we can lose sight of our inspiration, our meaning and purpose. Motivation self-esteem and energy can decline and we can be left asking the question Why?
