I collaborate and partner with Coaching Pacific Ltd supporting the training of people learning coaching methodology and facilitating their next steps towards attaining ICF credentials as a coach mentor.
I am committed to cultural intelligence and Te Tiriti demonstrated by my ongoing journey of learning Reo Māori since 2018, undertaken with Project Atawhai. I have multifaceted expertise and continuous pursuit of knowledge which I believe continues to cultivate my practice in people support, coaching, mentoring, training and facilitation. As a professional coach I am bound by the ICF Ethics code of conduct and adhere fully to the ICF Coach Competencies in all my coaching, coach mentoring, coach training and people engagements.

My Coaching Method
My philosophy in coaching is to coach for what is meaningful to my client and often this is found in the everyday and in the existential questions.
An enquiry into meaning provides a place of great inner strength and of purpose for our lives. This is a place that resources inner guidance, wisdom, knowing, transformation, expansion, presence, exploration, transition, vision, self-power which we can take forward into our worlds of work, family and in contexts we love.
In these changeable contemporary times where experiences can often have no real end in sight - this place we can find in coaching partnership is the antidote.
Coaching as a methodology provides a sacred conversation that explores their typology of life, moves through a terrain of being -awareness and crafts future focused notions of how to show up aligned in the worlds they are operate in.
My clients are across gender, ethnicity, sexuality, faith with a common denominator: the pursuit of what it means to live in this human life from good to great and even better.
