2020 Monthly Supervision for Coaches | Lisa Mullions ACC (ICF)

Coaches I trained and completed coach supervision training (30 CCEU's) with Coaching Pacific Ltd in 2017/2018. The time is now to provide this supervision into the coaching community.

If you are coaching others credentialed, certified or experienced, working with people in coaching conversations as a manager or leader, an embodied practitioner who coaches too or a practitioner of well being modalities where the term 'coaching' is present then coach supervision is a way for you to continue to develop as a coach, strengthen your coaching practice and fundamentally ensure  that you and your clients are getting the 'best practice' of your work, safely and with a continuous learning integrity.

Why is this important? 

We are in the business of people in our work as coaches. Our return on what we do across the industry is satisfied, healthy and well served clients. Knowing that we make a difference and can support transformation for others is how we do this work and we need to know what we do is sustainable for us and of a great standard to others.

2020 Supervision for Coaches will be held monthy Wednesday evenings 7pm to 8pm via Zoom.

The fee is $30 per one hour session. Please email lisa@workaroha.com to book your place. Zoom details and an intro email with supervision information will be sent out post payment.

These sessions are confidential and will not be recorded.
